Adam was very professional during the purchasing process and had a great knowledge of the property. The negotiation phase is always the hardest aspect of a purchase. Adam understood that we were straight up and down and did not want a drawn out process. He told us his thoughts of our opening bid which we understood and still proceeded. Adam presented our bid to the seller who came back with a counter offer. After much deliberation we accepted the counter offer with changed terms. Much to our delight this was accepted by the seller.
